Shipping & Returns
Our orders are shipped standard with PostNL, your package will be delivered to your home within 1-2 working days. You will automatically receive a Track & Trace code (Netherlands), when the Order is at PostNL, you can then track your package online, what the status of your package is, and where your package is currently. The standard shipping costs are € 5.95 for NL, with free shipping from € 50. We use different shipping costs and delivery time abroad, which can be seen at Delivery time & shipping costs.
Your ordered Fabrics cannot be returned or exchanged, with the exception of a completely different fabric, haberdashery or oilcloth received or the wrong color received from you. All our Fabrics show the color names of the Fabrics and the Photos of the Fabrics. Returns do not apply to Fabrics that differ slightly from the photo, because our fabric colors may differ *. The photo can never show 100% the real color as in real life. That is always the case, which is why we only return Fabrics and Haberdashery that have not been cut to size, whether you have received the wrong fabric, or a TOTALLY different Color of fabric.
